Job Summary Under the direction of the Food Services Manager, the Kitchen Attendant is responsible for cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes, cleaning the storerooms, and waste management in the kitchens. Organizational Status Reporting to the Food Services Manager, the position interacts with other Food Services Staff. Receives direction and guidance from the First Cook. Work Performed - Responsible for cleaning the kitchen - Washes
