You’ll work closely with our Content Leads, other Content Writers, French Content Specialists and Intake Consultants to deliver KM’s mandate to make it easy for CIBC employees to seek, understand and act on information to do their jobs. You’ll create clear, concise and accessible content for Knowledge Central (KC) that meets KM’s content standards, as well as CIBC’s accessibility and AI requirements.
