Description As a Software Developer, you will develop real-time simulation software used in military aircraft system integration laboratories. These engineering simulators reproduce aircraft systems and functions so that teams can test and validate software before it is installed on an aircraft. The emphasis is on aircraft controls and system behaviour rather than visual simulation. Responsibilities Develop object-oriented software components, primarily in C++, to reproduce aircraft behaviour in real time. Simulate the digital and analog signals associated with the aircraft’s avionics systems. Participate in all phases of software development, including problem analysis, requirements definition, design, implementation, informal testing, troubleshooting, and integration.
