Our IT Support Team is responsible for providing all employees with the hardware and software they need to perform the best work of their lives, assisting folks throughout the organization with any technical support issues or questions they may have.
We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist I to join our global Lightspeed team in Amsterdam. As part of our Worldwide IT Support crew, you’ll play a key role in supporting all Lightspeed employees in the Netherlands both in-office and remote.
What you will be doing:
- Be in charge of on/offboarding and ensure the provision and repatriation of IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory (Backstore, A-V, Monitors, etc..)
