Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager leading insurance product development or product implementation initiatives within the life insurance or financial services industry. Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance product lifecycle, including product design, regulatory approval, system implementation, testing, and product launch. Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects involving Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Actuarial, and Technology teams. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
