About the Role
Join IT One and contribute to business and technology transformation initiatives while building expertise in SAP MM Inventory Management. In this entry-level role, you will work collaboratively with project teams to understand business requirements, support SAP solutions, and help improve inventory management processes.
You will gain hands-on experience across different stages of technology transformation projects, with opportunities to strengthen your functional, analytical, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to business and technology transformation projects across various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Support the identification of project scope, business needs, and detailed functional requirements.
- Assist in creating functional and technical specifications to guide solution development and implementation.
- Support the development of proof of concepts, effort estimates, and conceptual solution designs.
- Participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP MM Inventory Management solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate solution delivery.
- Support testing, issue resolution, documentation, and change management activities.
- Build SAP MM functional knowledge and apply analytical thinking to improve business processes and project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Studying in bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Basic understanding of business processes and enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and SAP capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Beginner-level knowledge or exposure to Business Analysis.
- Understanding of Process Improvement concepts.
- Familiarity with Requirements Gathering techniques.
- Exposure to Stakeholder Engagement.
- Basic Data Analysis skills.
- Academic projects, internships, training, or certifications related to SAP, ERP, supply chain, procurement, or inventory management would be advantageous.
