Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives for clients.
- Apply core Agile practices and ways of working to support organizational change.
- Contribute to developing Business Agility capabilities, tools, and solutions that deliver value to clients.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and support the development of appropriate solutions.
- Assist in developing and enhancing processes that contribute to client success.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute ideas to address business and technical challenges.
- Build practical knowledge and experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration through project-based learning and collaboration.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or another relevant field.
- Basic knowledge or understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration or related integration technologies.
- Strong interest in learning about technology, business transformation, and process improvement.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- No prior full-time work experience required.

- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement or client-facing activities through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or previous internships.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with Agile ways of working or SAP technologies is an advantage.
