Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Information Technology (IT) Management Level Intern/Trainee Job Description & Summary We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our Digital and Data Services (DDS) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, endpoint management, and technology operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team to provide technical assistance, support day-to-day IT operations, and contribute to maintaining a reliable and efficient technology environment for the organization. Key responsibilities: 1. Help Desk Support: Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and end-user computing issues. Assist users in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing clear guidance and support. Record and track support requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions in the ticketing system. Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment for new employees. 2. IT Administration: Assist in maintaining IT asset inventories, including hardware and software records. Collaborate with the Asset Management team to track IT
