Role Summary We are seeking a strategic Senior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Consultant with strong IT Service Management (ITSM) integration expertise. This role is not just about tracking inventory or managing tickets; it is about architectural convergence. The ideal candidate will design and enforce strategies where asset data (financials, licensing, lifecycles) seamlessly drives service management, and where service consumption accurately dictates asset optimization. You will bridge the gap between IT operations and lifecycle economics, ensuring a single source of truth across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Strategic ITAM & Lifecycle Governance (Core) Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM & SAM) processes. Govern the lifecycle of all IT assets from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal, ensuring cost optimization and compliance. Lead software license compliance audits, vendor true-ups, and proactive contract renewals to mitigate financial and legal risks.
