The Investment Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and effective execution of investment operations activities, including trade settlement, reconciliation, reporting, corporate actions, pricing, and other related operational processes. The role ensures the integrity of investment records and compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Position Responsibilities: Investment Operations & Trade Settlement Management - Ensure the accurate and timely execution, monitoring, and settlement of investment transactions, including money market, equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, hedging, and other investment activities. Reporting - Prepare client reports and ensure their accuracy and timely submission. Reconciliation - Monitor, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks, discrepancies, and operational issues, escalating matters appropriately when required. Cash Management - Ensure all transactions are correctly captured, cash monitoring, cash projections, income distributions, and related operational activities.
