The Investment Operations Senior Specialist, Optimization & Automation is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing automation tools to support continuous improvement initiatives across Global WAM Investment Operations functions using Microsoft PowerPlatform. This role requires Investment domain expertise and deep understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create efficient and scalable solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders across the Global WAM Investments Operations group. Additionally, the role involves fostering cross-departmental collaboration to optimize information flow, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in automation. Roles and Responsibilities: To enhance investment operations workflows - design, develop, and maintain custom applications and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate and ensure seamless connectivity between Power Platform components and other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solut
