This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of unit trust and PRS transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery to investors and distribution partners. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues, maintain regulatory compliance, and support daily operational controls. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, and new business initiatives that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Process and review Unit trust and PRS transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, withdrawals, and account maintenance requests. Ensure transactions are processed accurately within established service level agreements (SLAs). Perform daily operational controls and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and completeness. Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and operational exceptions promptly. Monitor outstanding cases and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely closure. Prepare operational reports, management information, and regulatory submissions. Maintain proper record
