Job Description What is the opportunity? As an Senior Analyst or Associate you will act as an integral part of the deal team; leading financial analysis, providing qualitative input to materials, and supporting analyst workflow. You will participate in client calls and presentations and be involved in day-to-day communication with clients. RBC works on high profile transactions primarily for large cap corporates and financial sponsors. What will you do? Perform and review financial valuation, discounted cash flow and comparable companies multiples-based valuation analyses Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, such as confidential information memorandums Build and use complex financial models Analyse detailed corporate and financial information Ability to present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative commentary Participate in the execution of M&A transactions, including active participation in due diligence, document preparation, negotiation etc and liaise with relevant counterparts What do you need to succeed? Must-have Fluency in German and English Bachelor’s degree, MBA, MA or MS or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or another
