Shift: 2:00PM to 10:00PM How You Will Make Contributions That Matter: Perform product inventory activities by confirming physical inventory quantity and location along with reporting variances. Responsible for inventory control activities, including creating, assigning, and completing inventory control tasks, identifying, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies resulting from use of exception codes. Complete monthly cycle counts on all inventory and locations, both physical and virtual, and perform reconciliation as needed. Oversee all physical customer returns, investigate customer claims related to shortages, overages or damages reported, communicate findings and provide research summary and responses to claims as directed.
