What you’ll do
As an intern within Industry & Enterprise, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills that you can apply throughout your career. You won’t just be shadowing others, you’ll be actively involved in our work with clients.
- At the forefront with your client, you’ll help address key organisational and societal challenges and turn ideas into tangible solutions, with a particular focus on public sector and European institutions.
- You will contribute to smaller or larger business and technology transformation projects across public services and institutions.
- You will have the opportunity to show your creativity, come up with new ideas and contribute to innovative offerings and solutions to improve public services, organisations and ways of working.
- Your work may include day-to-day project activities, developing perspectives on public-sector and European policy challenges, and translating theoretical concepts into tangible use cases and solutions.
- You will continue developing yourself and, by doing so, contribute to our Industry & Enterprise community.

Your background
- A final-year student in European Studies, European Governance, Political Science, Public Administration or a related field.
- You are curious to know how Consulting and Project Management work.
- Interest in public-sector, European affairs, technology and transformation topics.
- Have a strong interest and desire to learn and understand our clients’ organisations, challenges and operating environment.
- Able to grasp new things quickly and connect them effectively.
- Able to work independently, while still asking for advice and help at the right moment.
- Have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and French or German; Luxembourgish is a plus.
- Available for a 5 to 6-month internship.
