Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Risk & Quality (R&Q) Management Level Intern/Trainee Job Description & Summary The R&Q Transformation Intern will support the Risk & Quality (R&Q) Transformation Team in driving enhancements to risk and quality processes through process improvement, digitalisation, automation, and the integration of AI-enabled solutions. The role provides hands-on exposure to risk and quality policies, governance frameworks, and transformation initiatives. The intern will work closely with Risk & Quality professionals and technology stakeholders to help deliver practical, scalable, and user-centric solutions. 1. Process Enhancement & Digitalisation Assist in reviewing and understanding existing Risk & Quality processes, workflows, and controls. Support documentation of current ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes through process maps and SOPs. Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation , and efficiency improvements. Support automation and digital workflow initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance controls. 2.
