Job Summary: Accenture seeks an intellectual property attorney with at least 5 years of IP transactional contracting experience to join our global IP team. The successful candidate will support Accenture's intellectual property transactions practice, open source software license compliance and work closely with senior members of the IP Legal team on a broad range of technology, licensing, commercial, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Drafts, reviews and negotiationes of agreements related to intellectual property and technology transactions, including inbound and outbound software and technology licenses, and other IP-related arrangements. Supports the end-to-end review of the use and development with components under free software licenses for diverse product and service teams, with particular focus on Open Source licenses, involving understanding software deployment, intended use, applicable license risks, mitigation strategies, export controls, Generative AI implications, general overview security risk profile, etc. Supports the publication of proprietary source code under Open Source Licenses, including reviewing corporate contribution agreements, liaising with s
