⠀ Description The Training Systems Integrated Solution Leader (ISL) (Submarine) is part of a specialized team responsible for designing integrated training and simulation solutions that support defense organizations globally. This role leads the early-stage development of submarine training solutions, supporting opportunities from business development and capture through product development and program delivery. Working closely with customers, product management, engineering, learning specialists, program teams, industry partners, and suppliers, this role develops operationally effective, scalable, and commercially viable training solutions aligned with customer requirements and organizational strategy. This position supports the Naval Line of Business by helping identify market requirements, emerging trends, customer needs, and global growth opportunities related to submarine and naval training programs.
