⠀ Description This role is responsible for leading the definition and development of fully integrated training solutions for complex defense sector opportunities, from early customer engagement through proposal development and contract award. Lead the definition of fully integrated training solutions from the early stages of customer interactions (pre-RFP), through Capture and Proposal phases, to contract award. Serve as the primary focal point and Design Authority for training solutions with internal stakeholders, customers, and end-user communities. Participate in training product research and development roadmap activities to identify strategies that address current and future customer training requirements using effective learning methodologies and tools. Provide leadership to matrix teams supporting large Training System Integration (TSI) opportunities. Direct Training Task Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Training Media Analysis, and Curriculum Design activities in collaboration with technical leads, learning specialists, subject matter experts, and customer representatives.
