Join Accenture's Industry & Enterprise Insurance team and help shape the future of insurance in Belgium and beyond. As an Insurance Manager, you will lead complex transformation programs for leading insurers while playing a key role in growing Accenture's Insurance practice. We are specifically looking for professionals with strong expertise in Employee Benefits (Group Insurance), gained through consulting, insurance industry experience, or a combination of both. You will work with senior client stakeholders to address strategic, operational, and technology-related challenges, helping insurers modernize their Employee Benefits business, improve customer and intermediary experiences, optimize operations, and leverage digital innovation to drive growth. Beyond project delivery, you will be expected to contribute to business development, support the development of our people, help build our Employee Benefits capabilities, and actively drive internal initiatives that strengthen the Insurance practice.
