As an Insurance Management Consultant, you will work with leading insurance clients on strategic, operational, and technology-driven transformation programs. You will support organizations in improving performance, enhancing customer and broker experiences, modernizing operations, and unlocking the value of digital technologies and data. A particular focus of this role is Employee Benefits (Group Insurance). We are looking for professionals who have gained experience and/or developed expertise within the Employee Benefits ecosystem, including areas such as pensions, group life insurance, disability coverage, and Employee Benefits operations. You will be part of a dynamic consulting team delivering impactful projects from strategy through execution. Besides contributing to client engagements, you will play an active role in business development, internal capability building, and coaching more junior colleagues.
