⠀ We are seeking an Instructor Trainer to support the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of global instructor onboarding and development programs. Reporting to the Head of Civil Global Instructor Development Training (IDT), this role is responsible for promoting globally consistent instructor training practices, supporting instructor-facing courseware development, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, CAE training standards, and global instructor development processes. The Instructor Trainer collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to drive instructor qualification, standardization, and training excellence while contributing to global training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include: Deliver instructor training programs in accordance with Civil Global IDT standards, policies, and training requirements. Apply global instructional standards consistently across all instructor development activities.
