This role requires a passionate, self-motivated individual to ensure the completion of accurate and timely locates by our Locate Service Providers while providing damage prevention training and education to 2nd and 3rd Party Excavators. What You Will Do: Monitor performance levels of Locate Service Providers to ensure timely, safe and accurate locate services. Follow up with Locate Service Providers on corrective actions. Provide support for damage prevention investigations which include performing inaccurate locate reviews, supporting claims dispute and resolution. Act as local liaison with TSSA, Field Operations employees, Locate Service Providers and Insurance Services with respect to excavation damages and locate issues.
