About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Senior Analyst to join our managed services team, supporting critical client environments across enterprise infrastructure platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid resolution of incidents.
