In this role you will serve as a primary point of contact for visa-sponsored Figmates, managing immigration cases and compliance while providing a high-touch employee experience. You'll also support international relocations and broader global mobility programs and get exposure to M&A and international expansion. You'll partner closely with immigration counsel and teams across People, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to improve our processes, resources, reporting, budgeting, vendor management, and program administration.
