This role supports Datadog's immigration and employee mobility programs across the Americas, helping employees and new hires navigate immigration processes, work authorization requirements, and relocations. You'll partner with employees, Recruiting, People teams, Legal, and external providers to deliver consistent, compliant, and employee-focused support. You'll also maintain accurate program data, coordinate time-sensitive cases, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
