Job Title : Human Resources Manager Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager oversees daily HR operations and provides leadership across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, claims management, training, and legislative compliance. Responsibilities Advise management and supervision on employee relations, company policies and procedures, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Partner with managers and supervisors to identify, evaluate, and resolve employee relations matters. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, hiring recommendations, offer preparation, and onboarding. Champion employee development and succession planning, including delivery of company-wide programs that support employee growth. Mentor and coach direct reports and support managers in coaching employees on their teams.
