The HR Generalist will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. You will help support the Human Resources Manager and other department managers with HR related matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of trust, confidentiality, good judgment and collaboration. How you will make contributions that matter… Resolve employee concerns, support coaching and discipline, conduct investigations, and address performance issues. Manage recruiting from staffing needs and job postings through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Compile time and attendance data, submit payroll inputs, complete Workday transactions, and generate reports as needed. Coordinate and communicate employee benefit programs, including health, dental, disability, FMLA, life, flex spending, and retirement plans. Serve as a resource
