This role will focus on xLoS process execution and continuous improvement. The manager will collaborate closely with all HC Business Partners (HBCPs) to transform, improve, standardize, and document processes. They will work closely with all areas of the HC team to support a variety of planned and bespoke processes with defined SLAs and KPIs.
