Reporting to the Territory Human Capital Lead, this role is central to supporting an efficient, well-controlled and people-centered Human Capital service, translating firm and regional priorities into clear l processes, reliable data and responsive support for our people and leaders. You will support a broad portfolio spanning employee lifecycle operations, recruitment, Workday and data governance, payroll and benefits coordination, performance-cycle delivery, compliance, employee engagement and professional development programmes.
