Overview of the role Saputo Inc. is seeking a HRIS Specialist - Workday (internal title: Specialist, HR Solutions & Systems) for an existing opportunity within our organization. The Specialist plays a key role in the evolution, optimization and long-term sustainability of the HR technology ecosystem that supports the company’s strategic priorities. This individual leads the administration and enhancement of Workday, the HR system, while working closely with Human Resources, Learning, , Talent Acquisition Information Technology and Operations teams across the organization. The successful candidate will foster continuous improvement, support users globally, strengthen data integrity and compliance, and help deliver efficient, scalable HR processes through technology, automation and thoughtful change management.
