As a member of the Global HR Technology team, the HR Technology Senior Analyst acts as a key partner between HR functions and technology. The role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into system requirements, and analyzing, configuring, testing, and deploying HR technology solutions. Working closely with internal clients such as Recruitment and other HR functions, the Senior Analyst supports enhancements to business processes and system functionality. Examples may include configuring changes to job profiles, job descriptions, recruitment processes, offer processes, or other HR workflows. As the organization continues its transformation, this role will support multiple HR functions and initiatives and contribute to the evolution and optimization of HR technology solutions.
