How you’ll make an impact: Significant client and vendor interaction in the benefits space; Maintaining vendor contact to resolve issues and ensure correct data flow; Responsibilities include incident management, investigating issues when data does not flow correctly between systems; Working with tickets, monthly and quarterly reporting, and tasks tracked on a separate worksheet; Manage expectations and provide support to client employees by understanding and translating complex HR-related issues into actionable requests for internal and partner teams; Execute and monitor HR processes, ensuring correct application of process steps and troubleshooting issues when deviations occur; Apply pragmatic problem-sol
