Job Title: Engineering Supervisor HPDC Job Summary The Engineering Supervisor leads Engineering teams, managing projects, budgets and resources while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering team development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals, vision, and core values Maintain balance between customer, employee and financial satisfaction by maximizing facility/department .
