We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM & Demand Planning Consulting Manager to lead and deliver large-scale ERP transformation programs with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Demand Planning. The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP SCM and IBP platforms, combined with proven consulting leadership to drive end-to-end implementation strategy and business transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for shaping solution strategy, managing delivery teams, and enabling clients — particularly in the healthcare sector — to achieve measurable business outcomes through SAP ERP platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Stakeholder & Client Engagement Engage with C-level stakeholders to align SAP SCM and Demand Planning strategy with broader business and operational objectives Drive executive decision-making through structured insights, business case development, and data-driven recommendations Facilitate stakeholder workshops for vendor selection, solution discovery, and design; ensure alignment across supply chain, finance, and IT functions Solution Design & Delivery Lead functional discovery, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis across SAP SCM and Demand Planning
