Position Summary: Reporting to the Associate Director, Benefits and Disability Management, the incumbent is responsible for the effective delivery of HR services in the areas of Health and Wellness and Benefits. The incumbent will manage the University’s Health and Wellness program and will develop related prevention actions and activities. Acts as an advisor to the University community with respect to the application of procedures and best practices. Works in close collaboration with the Benefits, Disability management and Organizational Development teams and other Universities stakeholders to provide support for the management of the University’s Health and wellness initiatives and priorities as well as any related duties. Primary Responsibilities: Manage McGill University’s Health and Wellness program
