The Technology function in Manulife Philippines enables business growth, operational efficiency, customer and agent experience and organizational resilience by building and maintaining reliable, secure, scalable and outcome-focused technology solutions. The Head of Technology Transformation is a senior leadership role accountable for leading the implementation of CIO-sponsored initiatives and changes across the Technology organization. Working in close coordination with the respective Technology Leads, the incumbent converts agreed improvement priorities into practical implementation plans, drives adoption and ensures changes are embedded into day-to-day ways of working. The role focuses on strengthening technology delivery and operations, including operating-model improvements, BAU squads, software delivery practices, quality, automation, AI-enabled productivity, workforce effectiveness, vendor effectiveness and continual improvement.
