Datadog is hiring a Head of Global Executive Support to lead and scale our Executive Support organization. This is a leadership role responsible for the strategy, operations, and people development of a global team spanning Executive Assistants, Senior EAs, Team Leads, and Managers. The leader will serve as the connective tissue between executive leadership and the broader organization, helping to set the standard for operational excellence, building scalable systems, and developing the next generation of EA talent. Datadog's Executive Support team is a high-visibility, high-impact function that directly enables our most senior leaders to operate at their best. As the leader, you'll shape how the entire function runs; building a team culture grounded in excellence, discretion, and genuine partnership.
