CAE offers a comprehensive training program designed to transform experienced maintenance technicians into world-class instructors and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities: Deliver classroom and hands-on aircraft maintenance training using aircraft, training devices, and simulation tools. Administer theoretical examinations and practical assessments as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer training records. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development, review, and maintenance of instructor guides, customer training materials, and courseware. Support the development of new training courses and instructional modules. Prepare training environments and materials prior to the start of training sessions. Maintain technical proficiency and complete all required recurrent training.
