As Group Finance Systems Manager , you will act as the Group's dedicated owner of our core financial systems, reporting to the Finance Director for Finance Operations and AI Driven Technology within Global Finance Operations & In-House Driven AI Transformation. You will serve as the functional bridge between regional markets, Central Finance, and the Business Applications (BA) ERP team, managing the intake, vetting, and prioritisation of ERP change requests. This role directly shapes how the Group's finance platforms support both global agility and local compliance. What the role involves: ERP Harmonisation & Feature Optimisation Lead the Group-wide initiative to standardise and harmonise functionalities across current ERP landscapes (D365 FinOp
