As a Graphic and Visual Designer, a typical day involves applying design principles and utilizing various technologies and techniques to develop captivating visual concepts. The role requires creating compelling illustrations that effectively communicate key sales messages across both print and digital platforms. Collaboration with diverse teams is essential to craft innovative, client-focused solutions that tell a powerful visual story, ensuring that the final deliverables resonate with the intended audience and meet project objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative design approaches.
- Ensure alignment of visual concepts with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Mentor junior designers to foster skill development and creative growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design.
- Strong expertise in animation software and visual effects tools.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging motion visuals.
- Experience in storyboarding and conceptualizing dynamic visual narratives.
- Skilled in integrating motion graphics with other multimedia elements.
- Attention to detail in timing, pacing, and visual composition.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
