Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for working alongside the Senior Graphic Designer in creating design solutions that have high visual impact. The Junior Graphic Designer will demonstrate creativity, up-to-date knowledge of graphic design software and a professional approach to feedback, time, costs, and deadlines. As a Graphic Designer, he/she will contribute to a wide range of design projects, from print materials to digital assets. He/She will work closely with our design team to develop visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand guidelines. In this role, the designer will be part of a blended cross-functional team and tackle various aspects of the design process, help to lead client engagements and collaborate other members of the design team locally and regionally.
