This role serves as the technical authority for assigned aircraft program(s), ensuring the technical accuracy, integrity, standardization, and overall direction of fleet training content across the global training network. Program Operations and OEM Interface Lead global standardization for assigned aircraft program(s), ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across training centers through regular reviews, updates, and fleet standardization meetings. Serve as the technical authority for assigned aircraft program(s), with accountability for the technical accuracy, integrity, and direction of fleet training content in coordination with the OEM Liaison. Support OEM standardization, operational evaluations, and aircraft development activities that affect training. Coordinate program updates, changes, and additions in alignment with global standards.
