The Global Operations Excellence and Solutions Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and organizational change across Alternatives Investment Services globally. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of transformative projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Additionally, this role will also deploy develop solutions predominantly in Microsoft Power platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft based AI solutions) Position Responsibilities: Strategic Analysis : Conduct detailed analyses of current business processes, systems, and structures to identify improvement opportunities Project Support : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, and quality standards.
