Job Description: TDS Global funding is looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to fill the role of UK funding trader. Roles and responsibilities include: Issue short-term interest rate products to address dealer funding needs Generate revenue from the investment of firm excess liquidity into cash products and central bank facilities Optimize funding tenor and product type to minimize funding and liquidity costs Advise clients and internal partners on developments in short-term interest rate and wholesale funding markets Leverage holistic understanding of global short-term interest rate markets and bank liquidity to generate trade ideas Identify opportunities (tactical and strategic) that reduce firm inefficiencies and grow franchise business Manage the funding impact resulting from trading activities in other business lines Keep abreas
