Job Description The Instructor Pilot is responsible for delivering high‑quality flight simulator and ground school training in accordance with applicable regulatory agency requirements, CAE‑approved curricula, and customer standards. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME), the Instructor Pilot leads clients through their training experience while ensuring professionalism, safety, and instructional excellence. After approximately 1.5 years , and based on business needs, designated instructors are expected to qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.
