We are currently seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join us in providing production support. In this role, the work will include working with various squads to resolve technical issues and ensure software/hardware is kept current on Path to Green initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine their engineering and problem-solving background with strong interpersonal skills to ensure that the processes and systems are constantly evolving to address business needs in a fast-moving and collaborative environment. You will collaborate directly with an agile team consisting of Product Owners, Integration Analysts, and other stakeholders. Position Responsibilities: Design and deliver end-to-end SmartComm-based customer communication solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and support high-volume document generation. Develop and optimize SmartComm configurations to simplify template creation, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency for business users. Configure and manage SmartComm components to enhance document assembly rules, ensuring accurate generation of complex, multi-section communications in daily operations.
