Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions within an agile and cloud-centric environment. The workday is dynamic, balancing coding, problem-solving, and cross-team communication to enhance client services effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical efforts with project goals and timelines.
Apply approved AI coding assistants to React components and JavaScript/TypeScript front-end code for component generation, refactoring, debugging, and unit/integration/end-to-end testing. Validate generated code for correctness, security, accessibility, hooks and state management, asynchronous interactions, dependency risk, and rendering performance before merge protect client data and retain human review accountability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved coding assistants (for example, GitHub Copilot) with context-rich prompting, generated-code review, and automated test validation. Ability to build AI-enabled React interfaces that consume LLM-backed APIs through approved backend services, render structured outputs, support streaming and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) responses, and handle loading, cancellation, and error states. Validate response rendering and accessibility evaluate response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling with backend teams. Keep model credentials and sensitive processing server-side. AI tech stack: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/streaming APIs optional integration example: Vercel AI SDK. Testing examples: Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. Framework and platform choices are project-dependent.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Managerial Skills: Lead front-end delivery planning, estimation, capacity allocation, and release coordination align product, design, and backend stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, and mentor engineers in accessibility and quality standards.
Architectural Skills: Define React component architecture, reusable design systems, state management, routing, and API integration patterns evaluate rendering performance, accessibility, security, testing, and deployment trade-offs, and document design decisions.
-Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
