Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Apply approved AI coding assistants to Generative AI services for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and unit/integration testing. Implement and validate prompts, retrieval workflows, structured outputs, and controlled tool use against representative test cases review correctness, security, hallucination risk, dependency risk, and performance before release. Protect client data and retain human review accountability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks and user interface development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and continuous integration pipelines.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing full stack applications.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.
- AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved coding assistants (for example, GitHub Copilot) with context-rich prompting, generated-code review, and automated test validation. Ability to integrate LLM APIs, implement structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool/function calling with explicit permissions and human approval for consequential actions. Build evaluation datasets and assess groundedness, hallucination risk, response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling. AI tech stack: Python or project-approved application languages, LLM SDKs/APIs, embedding models, retrieval/vector stores, and evaluation tooling framework examples include LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph. Framework and platform choices are project-dependent.
- Managerial Skills: Lead Generative AI use-case prioritization, delivery planning, resource allocation, stakeholder alignment, and risk management coordinate engineering, data, security, and business teams, track evaluation and release readiness, and mentor engineers in responsible AI delivery.
- Architectural Skills: Design end-to-end Generative AI architectures covering model selection, retrieval, orchestration, controlled tool access, and enterprise integration establish evaluation, observability, data protection, human approval, and fallback patterns, and document quality, latency, and cost trade-offs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
