The Underground Construction Superintendent provides senior leadership and overall accountability for all scheduled and unscheduled construction activities at Fourmile, ensuring work is strategically planned, resourced, and executed in a safe, environmentally responsible, efficient and cost effective manner. This role leads multiple crews and supervisors, drives long-range construction planning and budget performance, and partners with senior operational leadership to deliver major projects on schedule, while reporting the Mine Manager.
